Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel a MacroQuantiva subscription and what happens to your access and future charges when you do.
1. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us at macroquantiva@financialstools.com with your account email.
2. Access After Cancellation
When you cancel, you keep full access to your plan until the end of the period you already paid for (the end of your current billing cycle). Your subscription will simply not renew after that date.
3. Future Charges
Once canceled, no further charges will be made to your payment method. Canceling stops all future renewals; it does not generate a refund for the current, already-paid billing period. See our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions where a refund may apply.
4. No Partial Refunds
We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period when you cancel voluntarily.
5. Lifetime Access
Lifetime Access is a single, one-time payment and is not a recurring subscription. There is no renewal to cancel.
