Digital Access & Delivery Policy

MacroQuantiva is a fully digital, browser-based service. There is no physical product to ship. This policy explains how and when you get access.
1. When Access Is Activated
Access to your subscribed modules is granted automatically once your payment is confirmed by our payment processor. In the vast majority of cases this happens within a few minutes. If additional payment verification is required, activation may take a few hours; we will keep you informed by email.
2. How You Receive Access
If you already have a MacroQuantiva account, your existing login (email and password) is used automatically once payment is confirmed. If you are a new user, you create your account with your email address during checkout, and you use that same email and password to log in afterward.
3. If You Don't Receive a Confirmation
If you don't see access reflected in your account a few minutes after payment, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at macroquantiva@financialstools.com with your payment confirmation so we can verify and enable your access manually.
4. Technical Requirements
MacroQuantiva runs entirely in your web browser — no software installation is required. We recommend an up-to-date version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari, and a stable internet connection.
